Intro to Pole
(90 Minute Workshop)
New to pole? This is where the magic begins! Learn beginner-friendly pole tricks and sultry floorwork in this fun, welcoming class. Each session introduces fresh techniques, so you can take it over and over again! Perfect prep for Beginner Pole or any of our other classes.


Beginner Pole
(1 Hour)
Your pole journey starts here! Master the building blocks of pole—spins, combos, climbing, inversions, and floorwork—all while learning to flow like a pro. Designed for beginners, but all levels are welcome!
Pole Tech
(1 Hour)
Drills, skills, and thrills! This class is all about perfecting your technique. Work on grounded and inverted combos, sharpen your precision, and build strength with targeted conditioning. (We recommend completing at least 5 Beginner Pole classes before joining)


Pole Flow
(75 Minutes)
Ready to level up your movement game? This class blends seamless freestyle exploration with intermediate and advanced pole work. Move with intention, find your unique style, and let your creativity shine! (We recommend completing at least 5 Beginner Pole classes prior to joining.)
Bambi Heels
(75 Min)
Take a walk on the wild side! Each week, your instructor will get your steady on your feet in a beginner-friendly heels choreo - heels are optional, of course! If you love variety and playful movement, this one's for you!

Deep Stretch
(1 Hour)
Want flexy splits, open straddles, and dreamy backbends? This class is all about dynamic stretching to help you safely improve flexibility and mobility—because those jades and splitty tricks aren’t going to land themselves!
Mat Pilates
Mixed Levels
Tuesdays @ 11am
Using the repertoire of the traditional Joe Pilates Method, this class is designed to encourage a deep mind/body connection, breathe, and postural alignment. You will be encouraged to connect to your bodyand recognize both strengths and imbalances. The class will encourage correct body alignment through improved form and inner focus. This Pilates Mat class is intended to use both beginner and intermediateprotocols as a base for learning and intensifying your Pilates experience.

Beginner Hammock
(1 Hour)
Come hang with us and learn the basics of aerial hammock! Build strength, confidence, and flow as you master fun, beginner-friendly tricks and transitions.


Conditioning
(1 hour)
Time to power up! This class combines floor and pole conditioning drills to help you build the strength, stamina, and control needed for a safe and strong pole practice.
Stretch & Pole
(1 hour)
New to pole? Dip your toe into the world with a bit of stretching on and off the pole. Your instructor will get you limber and stretched with some floor and pole stretching and conditioning followed by an introduction to basic pole work.
