Intro to Pole
(1 Hour)
New to pole? This is where the magic begins! Learn beginner-friendly pole tricks and sultry floorwork in this fun, welcoming class. Each session introduces fresh techniques, so you can take it over and over again! Perfect prep for Foundation or any of our other classes.


Foundation
(1 Hour)
Your pole journey starts here! Over five 4-week sections, you'll master the building blocks of pole—spins, combos, climbing, inversions, and floorwork—all while learning to flow like a pro. Designed for beginners, but all levels are welcome!
Pole Tech
(1 Hour)
Drills, skills, and thrills! This class is all about perfecting your technique. Work on grounded and inverted combos, sharpen your precision, and build strength with targeted conditioning.


Pole Flow
(1.5 Hours)
Ready to level up your movement game? This class blends seamless freestyle exploration with intermediate and advanced pole work. Move with intention, find your unique style, and let your creativity shine! (We recommend completing at least one Foundation series before joining.)
Pole Zoo
(1.5 Hours)
Get ready for a wild ride! Each week, a different instructor brings a surprise class—think spin pole, heels, low flow, chairplay, freestyle, and more! If you love variety and playful movement, this one's for you! (Freestyle experience recommended.)


Deep Stretch
(1 Hour)
Want flexy splits, open straddles, and dreamy backbends? This class is all about dynamic stretching to help you safely improve flexibility and mobility—because those jades and splitty tricks aren’t going to land themselves!
Beginner Hammock
(1 Hour)
Come hang with us and learn the basics of aerial hammock! Build strength, confidence, and flow as you master fun, beginner-friendly tricks and transitions.


Conditioning
(45 min)
Time to power up! This class combines floor and pole conditioning drills to help you build the strength, stamina, and control needed for a safe and strong pole practice.
Sequence & Shadow
(45 min)
New to freestyle? Dip your toe into the world of expressive movement in these playful, interactive sessions. Work with your classmates through group activities and inactive pole exercises to discover your unique style.


ISP (In-Studio Practice)
(45 min)
Need extra pole time? Come play and refine your skills with light instructor guidance. Warm up on your own, explore new moves, and get that extra pole time you’ve been craving!
