Dakini is a pole fitness program infused with sensuality. Dakini was inspired by the goddess in Tibetan Buddhism of the same name and translates to “sky dancer.” Life-long dancer and yoga instructor, Jeanine Caparoso is the creator of the Dakini Movement. This unique style of movement includes elements of yoga, ballet, dance, and pole, making for a great workout!
