An intermediate to advanced level pole class focusing purely on technique. A grouping of spins, climbs, inversions, and balance tricks is introduced in each class. Movements are broken down in a systematic way to help the trick become part of your muscle memory and gradually transition into other tricks. We recommend having a good understanding of climbing and the ability to hold your body weight off the floor for a period of time.

Let your body discover new ways to practice yoga with this shiny new object. A 1-hour class practicing yoga poses in a vinyasa style on the pole. Using the pole like a wall or as support…or sometimes like an obstacle. It will change your perception, as well as your path. In some cases, it will help by providing support, and in some cases, it might just get in the way. This class is appropriate for all levels and no prior experience is necessary… as nothing can prepare you for this! Come with an open mind and have fun!
A 1-hour deep stretch and muscle conditioning class focusing on specific muscle groups with the intention of increasing flexibility for splits and backbends. Dynamic stretching is a system of activating muscle groups before the actual “stretching” begins. We do this through active and passive stretch techniques. Through the warm-up, exercises will create warmth deep in the muscles and joints, which will allow for flexibility building. This class is for everyone! It is the healthiest way to gain flexibility. You will work at your own pace. Little movements make for the biggest progress.
Wanna get better inverts or improve endurance? Conditioning is the right class for you! Conditioning is a high-energy workout designed to shed extra pounds, build muscle… and most importantly, keep you energized and breathing throughout a long pole routine. As you build pole tricks, you’ll find that you are able to accomplish bigger and more complex moves. Even if it is not about the pole, it is a great, fun workout in a supportive environment. Open to all!
